Trying

This is what I found from the net:-

I'm still trying...

2) Don't deny yourself
I'm not denying

3) Weigh yourself often
I'm doing this right!!

4) Exercise regularly
If only my heart listen to my head...

5) Find ways to add little bits of physical activity into your daily routine
Still trying too...

6) Eat a high carbohydrate, low fat diet
Am trying very hard...

7) Eat about five meals a day starting with breakfast
